Our warehouse for Europe is located in France. All orders from www.gatorzeurope.com are shipped from our French warehouse.

For all customers within the EU, the applicable VAT is already included in the price. EU customers will not need to pay for VAT during the shipping process.

For customers outside of the EU, the applicable VAT of the respective countries will apply and customers will need to pay for the relevant VAT during customs clearance.

All Gatorz sunglasses come with a lifetime frame warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects due to workmanship for the lifetime of the frame. This lifetime warranty coverage does not include damages to the frame caused by routine wear and tear, and accidental damage.

Gatorz will also cover lens manufacturing defects outside of scratches due to normal wear and tear.

Currently, we only have lens replacements available for Blastshield and Havok. You can purchase lens replacements for these two styles here: Blastshield and Havok.

For all other models, in lieu of the absence of a lens replacement program, we are offering customers that want to replace their scratched lens a trade-in program instead, where you can trade-in the entire sunglass for a 40% off on a brand new pair instead. Gatorz provide a 20% off for all active and retired military and first responder personnel.

These includes, but not limited to, military, police, firefighters, paramedics, coast guard, doctors, nurses, emergency workers, etc.

MILSPEC Ballistic refers to our frames that has been certified to meet the ballistics requirements of USA's Military Combat Eye Protection System (MCEPS). Specifically, it meets or exceeds MIL-PRF-32432A, Clause 3.8.4.1 (Ballistic Fragmentation Characteristics).

All frames that passes this standard has the marking "MILSPEC Ballistic" indicated inside the frame.

ANSI stands for American National Standards Institute. Our frames marked with Z87+ means that they passed the safety eye protection standard laid out in ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020.

"Z87+" marking also means that the frame meets or exceeds the impact standards under ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020.

Polarized lens increase visual acuity by eliminating glare resulting in a crisp and clear view for the user. Polarized lens is especially useful for bright and sunny conditions, and for activities on a water body.

OPz is our proprietary new lens technology and stands for "Optimized Polarization". OPz lens provide users with similar level of glare protection by reducing harmful glare that can irritate your eyes while ensuring your vision is not hampered due to polarized lens when looking at digital displays, gauges and screens.

Polarized lens are known to have some form of distortion or viewing "black out" when it comes to digital displays, screens and gauges.

All Gatorz sunglasses comes with UV400 protection.

All Gatorz sunglass products are made from aircraft aluminium, which is extremely durable and lightweight at the same time. Therefore, even though Gatorz's frame construction is made from a type of metal, it is very lightweight and not at all heavy.
