Shipping and Returns
COVID-19 Disruptions to Shipping:
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, delivery lead times are expected to be longer than usual and we seek your kind understanding on this matter during this period.
You will receive an email with an invoice when your order has been shipped. Orders placed by 1400hrs (CEST) will be processed the same day. Please note that orders will be processed for within 2-3 working days. Shipping is CLOSED on Friday-Sunday.
Orders are processed and shipped through our warehouse in Frankfurt, Germany.
Feldpost Order Deliveries:

Sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the delivery date if it meets Gatorz Quality Control standard. All returns must be processed directly through Gatorz Europe. To request a return, kindly use our RETURNS CENTER to process your returns.
Please keep the following guidelines in mind: (1) All items will undergo quality checks and must be returned in new, unused condition. ALL product packaging materials must be returned with your item(s). (2) We do not cover postage expense on return items unless under special circumstances.
We do not process exchanges. If you wish to return an item so that you can receive an alternative one, please follow the above steps and place a new order on www.gatorzeurope.com
